Kwaliteitscontrolestappen
1. Formuleer normen. Bepaal de kwaliteit van de productkwaliteit, prestaties, veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en andere kwaliteitsnormen.
2. Evalueer de graad van naleving van de norm.
3. Tref indien nodig maatregelen. De maatregelen worden getroffen om problemen zoals marketing, ontwerp, techniek, productie, en onderhoud op te lossen die gebruikerstevredenheid beïnvloeden.
4. Ontwikkel verbeteringsplannen. Ontwikkel plannen om kosten te drukken en normen voor prestaties, veiligheid, en betrouwbaarheid te verbeteren.
